of the domestic and the everyday. It is the first women-led graphic novel forum in the UK.

Talks about her work as a cartoonist & illustrator and the book Sally Heathcote: Suffragette by Mary Talbot, Kate Charlesworth, and Bryan Talbot. Meticulously researched, the book tells the story of a maid in service to Emmeline Pankhurst.
Jacky Fleming
Cartoonist and illustrator, renowned for her feminist cartoons, gives us a whistlestop tour of her life as a feminist cartoonist from Be A Bloody Train Driver to Demented.
The event will be introduced by local artist Louise Crosby, who runs Laydeez do Comics, Leeds.
